Refund policy

* Any return of items purchased directly from this website must be agreed to by emailing us at sales@enting.com

* Orders of items purchased directly from this website over 14 days old are not eligible for return. Components or systems that have been installed are not eligible for return. Certain other items are not returnable as stated on the product page.

*If a return has been authorized, the buyer understands that there is no credit given for the original shipping costs to them and that they must pay the return shipping costs. Additionally, there is a 25% restocking fee to cover our time and expenses for the original shipment and it's return.
