Customers utilizing this website are subject to the Privacy Policy contained herein.  Customer information obtained in accordance with the Privacy Policy may be used to contact the customer regarding Account Notification including invoicing, Delivery Reminders, Customer Care, and Marketing.  Message frequency varies.

The Buyer agrees to provide all required reliable and accurate information to the Seller Enting Water Conditioning, Inc. in order for us to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.

The Buyer represents that they are 18 years of age or older. The Buyer further agrees that they are responsible for water test data, sizing of the system(s) and all other factors associated with interfacing the offered items and systems to the application so that these systems can be applied correctly.

The Buyer agrees that the contract to purchase has been completed when the order is placed. You cannot cancel and order after it has shipped. Refusing the shipment does not constitute canceling the order and you will be subject to paying the freight both ways, to and from you.

The buyer is responsible for installation and maintenance of all items purchased from Enting Water Conditioning directly from this website.

Warranties: Enting Water Conditioning, Inc. does not warrant against misapplication or incorrect installation of equipment by individuals not employed by Enting Water Conditioning, Inc. The Buyer is responsible for the installation and service maintenance of the product except as expressly provided in literature provided at the time of installation by Enting Water Conditioning, Inc.

Enting Water Conditioning, Inc Retail Limited Warranty and Service Policy for Water Softeners purchased since April 1, 2025 with 7 year warranty:  Enting Water Conditioning Inc. warranties the Enting Water Softener to the original purchaser only at the original place of installation against defects in material and workmanship from the date of installation or delivery as follows:  Service and Parts Warranty:  Components of your Enting Water Softener and the requisite labor to replace said components, if found to be defective, are covered for 7 years from the date of installation or delivery on metered, twin and time clock softeners.  The fiberglass mineral tank is warranted for the lifetime of the system up to a 13” diameter vessel, and for 10 years on a 14” diameter or larger tank.  Resin Warranty:  The resin contained within the Enting Water Softener is warranted against premature failure as defined as a significant unexpected loss in softening capacity and/or whole house pressure drop vs pressure upon initial instillation for 7-years from the date of installation or delivery of the softener within the customer’s home or business.  Validation of Warranty:  In order for the warranty to be valid, the water softener or filter must be purchased directly from Enting Water Conditioning, Inc. and not from another party or company.  Limitations of Warranty:  This warranty requires that the unit be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s printed instructions.  Incorrect installation by the buyer may void certain components of the warranty.  Accidents, misuse, misapplication, neglect, fire or other acts of nature may void the warranty.  This warranty is given in expressly and in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and constitutes the only warranty made by the manufacturer Enting Water Conditioning, Inc.

The Terms and Conditions/Buyers Agreement is agreed to regardless of how an order placed either over the phone by one of our sales associates, by you on the website.   All terms and conditions are agreed to when purchasing from Enting Water Conditioning, Inc.
